Submission: Strengthening Australia’s Cyber Security Regulations and Incentives

The Hub has made a joint submission to the Department of Home Affairs as part of the department's consultation on options for regulatory reforms and voluntary incentives to strengthen the cyber security of Australia’s digital economy.

The submission was written following round tables and a townhall meeting with the department and by a partnership spanning disciplines and expertise – the UNSW Allens Hub for Technology, Law and Innovation, the Australian Society for Computers and Law, UNSW Institute for Cyber Security and the Security Engineering Capability Network
