Submission: ACCC Digital Platform Services Inquiry - Discussion Paper released for the fifth report

The Hub has made a submission to the Digital Platform Securities Inquiry – Discussion Paper for the fifth report (‘DP5’).

The main points of this submission focus on the adequacy of the ACL, data access and limitation, dark patterns and dispute resolution.
