Submission: Open Justice: Court and tribunal information: access, disclosure and publication

The FLIP Stream, along with the Allens Hub and Security Engineering Capability Network (SECedu) have made a joint submission to the NSW Law Reform Commission in response to draft proposals it has released for review of Open justice: Court and tribunal information: access, disclosure and publication.

The submission addresses the role of technology in facilitating open justice, particularly in the context of the pandemic
