Submission: Phase 3 consultation - Trusted Digital Identity Bill package

The Hub and the Australian Society for Computers and Law have made a joint submission to the Department of Home Affairs’ Phase 3 consultation - Trusted Digital Identity Bill package

The submission was written following a series of round tables with the department and various stakeholders.

The Digital Identity Bill package is one of a number of current intersecting reforms at different stages of the policy and political process. We have not addressed all parts of the package, but have focused on areas which are relevant to our expertise.
