Submission: Nationally Consistent Scheme for Access to Digital Records Upon Death or Loss of Decision-Making Capacity

The Hub have made a submission to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PMC) on a nationally consistent scheme for access to digital records upon death or loss of decision-making capacity. 

This submission focuses on the scoping issues, key terms of the statutory scheme, authorised persons and disclosure of information.
